PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: August 6, 2026

Welcome to Solo.

Solo is an AI-powered music creation application operated by an individual developer. This Privacy Policy explains how the individual developer operating Solo ("Solo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the Solo mobile application, websites, software, artificial intelligence music generation tools, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

• viewed or played by other users;
• copied or downloaded;
• recorded or reposted;
• shared outside Solo;
• indexed, cached, or stored by external services.

Changing content from public to private or deleting it may not remove copies previously downloaded, recorded, shared, cached, or stored by other users or third parties.

Before publishing or distributing content, you must ensure that you have all required rights and permissions for any lyrics, melodies, recordings, voices, images, likenesses, samples, trademarks, or other materials included in it.

13. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against:
